Excellent Service Experience I scheduled my car for maintenance service (change oil and rotate the tires). When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly professional, who knew I wa I scheduled my car for maintenance service (change oil and rotate the tires). When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly professional, who knew I was coming and what I was coming for. He had my paperwork and indicated that the service would be 1 hour. I entered the dealership to wait in a clean, newly remodeled waiting area that offered coffee, water, newspapers, and a TV. my car was ready in one hour. All service that had been completed was reviewed with me along with a heads-up that in about 15,000 miles I would probably need new tires given the wear and tear on the tires. I worked with Michael Parker who was businesslike and very professional. I've purchased three cars from this dealership and they have always provided excellent service. More

saved by the manager, Matt Tosca is absolutely the worst service person I've ever worked with. She offered no explanation of what's going on with my car. I opted to wait at the Tosca is absolutely the worst service person I've ever worked with. She offered no explanation of what's going on with my car. I opted to wait at the dealership, as they told me I would be out by 1pm. At around 1:30, I had to find another employee to ask what was wrong with my car. I was told they were going to keep it overnight and I would hear back by noon. Mind you, Tosca did not bother telling they were keeping my car overnight. The next morning, I don't hear anything back from the dealership, so I wind up calling Tosca and she has no idea what's going on with my car. She says she will call me back in 1.5 hours. After 2 hours, I call back and she still has no idea what's going on with my car. She puts me on hold for several minutes. At some point, I gave up and called a manager, Matt, who did a wonderful job investigating the issue with my car and relaying the information back to me. More
