However, we have a couple complaints about the overall pricing and financing at Herson's We really enjoyed working with our sales/lease consultant. However, we have a couple complaints about the overall pricing and financing at Herson's Honda. First, the sales price we were first offered included $1000 of extra stuff that we never asked for. It wasn't until I said "This price seems high. What does it included? We don't want special add-ons.", that it was then revealed to us the price included some extra features we didn't have to have. I felt like they tried to sneak it in. Thankfully I had looked at prices earlier online and new the price was higher. Buyer beware!!! ASK WHAT THE PRICE INCLUDES. Second, after finishing with the finance person we had buyer's remorse. We were talked into warranty packages that we later regretted. Thankfully, according to our contract we have 60 days to cancel so we plan to do that with the warranties. We bought a bumper to bumper coverage on the new car and a maintenance package, but were never provided a list of what it covers and does not cover. It was presented in a way that it was a great offer and everyone gets it. They are not worth it! Plus, you end up extending your financing term for an extra year. And the way they present the monthly payment numbers are done in a very sly way. So all I can say is come prepared. Push back on the numbers. Find out EXACTLY what you are getting. More
