New Accord Our 2014 Accord was coming to the end of its lease, so time to consider trading it in and getting a new one. This was our fourth car from Herson's and we're at the point now that we don't even bother shopping around--we did for the first two Hondas we bought, but both times Herson's was by far the better deal, so why waste time shopping around only to keep coming back to the same place? Aaron was very friendly, didn't pressure us at all, knew his stuff, was fast and efficient, and took the time to program our phones to work with the new car's entertainment system, even though it was the end of the night and I'm sure he was ready to head home (I know I always am at the end of the day!). I arrived on time and was surprised when Rose called my name 1 hour early! She was very polite and professional. A few days prior to the service, the tire indicator light came on. I did not mention it when I checked in. I was delighted when I got in the car the light was off as the mechanic checked for leaks (none found) and reset tire pressure in all tires! I really appreciated the extra complimentary attention my car was given! More
