Herson's is doing an outstanding job of providing service while the business is occupied during construction. When I couldn't get in touch with this person, I heard from Rose and I recently brought my car in for service. I was assigned to a service advisor. When I couldn't get in touch with this person, I heard from Rose and I was VERY happy.I don't know how she got my file but I was so thankful she did. From now on I will ask for Rose. She kept me informed of the progress and went over all of the repairs my car needed. She was so thorough and knowledgeable. More

New Accord Our 2014 Accord was coming to the end of its lease, so time to consider trading it in and getting a new one. We worked with Aaron Phillips and he was wonderful. This was our fourth car from Herson's and we're at the point now that we don't even bother shopping around--we did for the first two Hondas we bought, but both times Herson's was by far the better deal, so why waste time shopping around only to keep coming back to the same place? Aaron was very friendly, didn't pressure us at all, knew his stuff, was fast and efficient, and took the time to program our phones to work with the new car's entertainment system, even though it was the end of the night and I'm sure he was ready to head home (I know I always am at the end of the day!). If you're looking for a great Honda dealership, head over to Herson's. If you want a fantastic salesperson to help you, ask for Aaron! Also wanted to mention that Ted in the finance area was great, too--everything was fast, efficient, very easy, and we were out-the-door a lot more quickly than we expected. More

I arrived on time and was s I made an appointment for airbag recall service. I was told if I was going to wait for the service it could take 3 hours. I arrived on time and was surprised when Rose called my name 1 hour early! She was very polite and professional. A few days prior to the service, the tire indicator light came on. I did not mention it when I checked in. I was delighted when I got in the car the light was off as the mechanic checked for leaks (none found) and reset tire pressure in all tires! I really appreciated the extra complimentary attention my car was given! More
