I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was advised due to high amount of repairs that day, I would not be finished until 3 hours later. I was waiting for the recall since I did not have a ride home. I watched in dismay as several other people were waiting in the lobby as well. When Mr. Cesar Lemus called my name an hour later, I thought it was to tell me something else was wrong with the vehicle but instead he advised me that the recall had been completed and I was all set to go. I appreciated the fact that they got my vehicle in quickly and did not try to tell me I needed more repairs that were not necessary. The staff was professional and polite. More

Car broke down and Mike Parker saved me. I bought a 2016 Certified used car from Shockley Honda, had a flat tire around Rockville, called AAA and when they came asked me for the key for the w I bought a 2016 Certified used car from Shockley Honda, had a flat tire around Rockville, called AAA and when they came asked me for the key for the wheel locks. Both the AAA person and myself searched the car completely and there was no key anywhere. Then AAA had to call for a flatbed and took me to Herson's as it was the closest Honda dealer. Mike Parker treated me as if I had bought the car from them. Their service hours for the day were full, but he worked me in and I was back on the roar in 1 1/2 hours.
