Excellent Service I was serviced by Nelson A. Mejia. He explained what was being recommended for my van. He didn't try to push any maintenance "down-my-throat." He w I was serviced by Nelson A. He has a significant other and 2 or 3 beautiful daughters. Other than that I had a great experience. Also, the service area is undergoing a "total" remake, however, it wasn't too bad. The women's bathroom is finished and it is nice and clean. Also, they offered doughnuts and that was a pleasant surprise. There is an area set up for laptop/computer but it offers no privacy as it is configured now. I hope when they are finished that there will be some amount of privacy for those who work on their laptops. The way it is designed now is that other guests can see your laptop screen because I was facing the wall. Rose checked me in and we did a walk around the vehicle. She was very pleasant. Also, I had a 10% off coupon that really helped. Please offer coupons more often. Thanks for the opportunity to respond. More

On previous visits other advisors have recommended service work that I declined because I felt that it wasn't needed at that time and would be an unnecessary expense. One Less Worry My car needed immediate repair due to a very loud racket. I had been injured and couldn't drive (due to a non-auto related accident,) and so my husban My car needed immediate repair due to a very loud racket. I had been injured and couldn't drive (due to a non-auto related accident,) and so my husband couldn't drive both my car and his own car to the dealership for repair. Nelson arranged for a shuttle for my husband one way on the two trips needed to get my car repaired and graciously offered other options in case we couldn't make it. The timing of everything worked out well, thanks to Nelson's understanding. He did indeed provide me with one less worry. Thank you, Nelson. More
