Excellent service I went into Hersons today because I have a Kia Soul with 8600 miles on it - whenever I would go over potholes, uneven road terrain, etc. a weird stati I went into Hersons today because I have a Kia Soul with 8600 miles on it - whenever I would go over potholes, uneven road terrain, etc. a weird static sound would come from the speaker area. More annoying than anything. Anyway, I go in and they can't find the problem. I leave frustrated, not at them but at my car for not making the noise because it isn't constant. They even offered for me to take a mechanic out and duplicate the noise. I kindly refused because I was unfamiliar with the area. Then I start driving home and low behold, I hear the noise. I get so frustrated I call Hersons back right from my car and ask can I just come back and take a mechanic out or should I make another appointment? The guy kindly tells me to come back, that's what they would prefer I do anyway so the problem can be fixed. So I go back and take a mechanic out and he hears the noise! We come back to Hersons and they fixed it right up, something about loose panels. It was genuinely great service, from the guy insisting I come back and them being so accommodating even though it wasn't a big issue. And on my ride home I didn't hear the noise! If I have any more problems with my Kia I'll be sure to take it back! More

Warm service on a Cold Day We were here today on a cold snowy day but were greeted with a warm smile and sunny personality of Omar. Had to come in for A1 maintenance for our 201 We were here today on a cold snowy day but were greeted with a warm smile and sunny personality of Omar. Had to come in for A1 maintenance for our 2014 Honda Odyssey we purchased from Herson's. Have always had nice service from sales department but it was a full circle in their service department. Chatted with Aaron in sales while we were waiting, and he was a wealth of knowledge on our current vehicles and made a solid plug for future purchases. Though they are under construction, the ladders and make-shift service area didn't take away from our experience here today. Omar checked in with us to let us know the progress of maintenance and made sure everything was explained at end of visit. Would gladly recommend and will be sure to return for our Honda needs. More
