Only wish Kia had sent more EXs with light interiors to the East Coast. I can't really comment as to quality of work since the dealership hasn't serviced the vehicle yet, but it was clean with no scratches or dings when I got it. More

Terrible Service I have bought 2 cars now at this dealership. They bought back the first one for major issues, and now my 2015 Optima has major issues. Brought it to the service dept since I bought the car there. They blamed me for all the issues my engine was having and told me they were going to make me pay for all sorts of things before the would go to Kia to request a new engine under warranty. Too bad for them I went to Kia of Bowie who somehow got it done and with no argument or help from me! And I got other non-warranty work done. They lost out on 8K worth of work! Oh well! Will never ever go back or recommend. Very rude and nasty people in their service department. Don't go here, worth driving to Bowie for much nicer people! More
