My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Hessert Chevrolet dealership and had an outstanding experience at the start. The wait time is too long (over 2 hours) just for an engine air filter. I had to go back to the counter to get the engine air filter life reset in the dashboard. I came to my 1230 appointment ( 12pm ) 30 mins early to get an inspection . By 3pm I was told my vehicle was still not serviced , due to an audit that seemed to leave only my vehicle unserviced , after bei get an inspection . Disappointed , disregarded, and frustrated I left with with my vehicle not being serviced. The lack of customer service I received after waiting 3 hours , by 3pm I’m recommended rescheduling because I had to leave to pick up my children from school, my day off from work 3 hours wasted , left me speechless and devalued . No inspection done confused , upset , and disrespected my visit at Hessert Chevy Roosevelt was one I regret . More
