The service is absolutely the worst here. I had a OnStar notification of dead battery to Chevy roadside service having car towed to the closest dealership. I was asked if I had a appointment but it was a unexpected repair I didn't plan so unfortunately I had no appointment, I was then rudely told I have 55 cars here for repairs. I had no problem leaving for repairs and asked for a loaner vehicle as it's a Friday and the service manager IVAN, not a nice person, was very nasty and said we dont have vehicle for people to drive around in. The service writer was rude no name given or business card with any information was passed on, often mumbled under his breath as he seems to not want to do any work and was very xxxxxx off having to do work. I asked few questions to get almost no response. I called Chevy roadside service back and had my vehicle towed from here as I DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING MY TRUCK HERE OR HAVE A FAITH IN THE SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HESSERT CHEVROLET FOR ANYTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. HESSERT CHEVROLET HAS MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS ON MANY DIFFERENT SITES FOR A REASON, SO DO NOT GO TO HESSERT CHEVROLET. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS DISGRACE AND IM GLAD I CHOOSE TO HAVE MY VEHICLE TOWED FROM HESSERT CHEVROLET....DO...NOT... SUPPORT.... HESSERT...... CHEVROLET!!!!!!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE............. More

Had gas leak. Car was in dealership for 6 days. Dealerships diagnosis was replace fuel pump, two fuel lines.and possible gas tank. I took vehicle to different deal Car was in dealership for 6 days. The wait time is too long (over 2 hours) just for an engine air filter. I had to go back to the counter to get the engine air filter life reset in the dashboard.
