We literally live in hotels going city to city helping hospitals that are critically understaffed and because of it this dealership won't take our money to buy a new vehicle. They took in my car to look at a check engine light issue telling me it would be ready the next day (as they had to Horrible service, great salesman. They took in my car to look at a check engine light issue telling me it would be ready the next day (as they had to just fix one small part, that their parts store had that was attached to the store). Get a call back the next day saying the parts store is closed; all the while they knew the parts store would be closed on the weekend, and the holiday. Here's the good part - when they told me it'd be ready the next day and then wouldn't be ready until the next WEEK due to the "holiday" of new year's eve, they would be closed. Their used car's (it was a 2015 WRX with less than 50k miles) are supposed to be certified, but by the time the car had driven 15 minutes to my house from the dealership (without stalling or any issues) the check engine light was on. More

Test drove a used Subaru was looking at a vehicle with a 6 cylinder, changed mind about car. Inquired about similar vehicle with a 6 in a new model Salesman quoted a price of $28,000 even before entering t 6 cylinder, changed mind about car. When I attempted a negotiation suddenly there were none available ! Go online multiple vehicles were listed with 6 cylinder engines! Being the only Subaru dealer in Colorado Springs should be investigated why no one else has entered this market! Their practices are below par! More

We got the exact truck we were looking for and got a way better deal than we ever thought. I came in already pre-approved through a different company but they still got us an amazingly better deal. They got our rate down 3 points and also included a warranty and GAP insurance. This truck was priced lower than everywhere else we looked....and trust me we looked everywhere. I will be telling all my friends about the great experience and will tell them to go to Heuberger and Gary Hendrickson for a great deal. One word...... AWESOME! More

The staff were very trustworthy and never made me feel like they were trying to cheat me or get more money out of me. I was promised a ride to work for me and my carpool partner if I brought in my trade-in vehicle; as such I brought my vehicle along with my carpool partner. Despite asking for a ride to work upon arriv partner if I brought in my trade-in vehicle; as such I brought my vehicle along with my carpool partner. Despite asking for a ride to work upon arrival and two additional times, I never received such. Despite being told numerous times "it won't take long" or "someone from finance will be right with you", I was there for over 3 hours. Despite buying a "Certified" used car, I was sold a car with the fuel light on (I was so pissed I took a photo of it on my cell phone with intentions of posting it on FB), half-empty washer fluid reservoir, and no front license plate mounting bracket. Prior to my visit, my carpool partner said that if I had good experience he'd buy a car there also. He bought his next car within a week from Mike Shaw just down the road from this place and had the best no pressure car buying experience I've ever heard of - bar none. So to recap: Heuberger made a promise it didn't keep; disrespected me, my time and that of my carpool partner; sold me a "Certified" car without the standard legal requirements for operating it in CO, and for which I had to immediately add fuel to and perform basic maintenance on. More
