My best car buying experience ever! I first visited Heuberger Subaru with my neighbor, who was looking for a car. I wandered around while she did the financial papers. I have been looking for quite a while and haven't found anything that I really cared for. The sales associate that helped her, answered all the questions I had about the various vehicles. Being a woman, I have found in the past, that a lot of sales associates think that you don't know what you are looking for or anything about a car. This is not true in my case. I have been frustrated because of this in the past. The sales associate, Doug Knoch, did not talk down to me, respected my opinion, and was very informative and helpful. When I decided to make my purchase I asked to see him. He made easy work out of all the necessary paperwork and has since called me to make sure everything is running well and I understand how it works. Mike Pickett in finance made the loan process almost painless...almost ;). I highly recommend Doug Knoch, Mike Pickett and Heuberger Subaru for anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Long Distance Deal!!! I had a great experience working with Andy on my used car purchase. Since I live out of state, we did most of the deal via the Internet and emails and I had a great experience working with Andy on my used car purchase. Since I live out of state, we did most of the deal via the Internet and emails and this worked well. I had inquired about a car they had and was contacted by Andy right away. It did not have the things I was looking for, so I gave Andy a list of what I wanted. He took the time to go to his used car manager and ask him to keep an eye out for a car that met my specs. Within a couple of days, he contacted me with a potential car and it went forward from there. He even went to the extra trouble to go out and take pictures of the car himself so I could see it - it hadn't been put up on the website yet, since it was just traded in! He got me a Fantastic price on it, as well as a fair price on my trade-in. So when I arrived at the dealer ship I knew what the numbers were going to be and there were no last minute attempts to change the price - I really appreciated that!! THANK YOU ANDY!!! I love my "new" car! Louisa PS - I won't be back for a long time now, since my Subaru will last forever.... LOL!
