Ended up taking a significant chunk out of his day, but he never made us feel rushed. He had a lot of knowledge about all the vehicles we looked at. We ended up buying a great used vehicle with low mileage, in excellent condition for a good price. Price quoted for book value was a little inflated so after negotiating still ended up being on the high end, but the vehicle was in excellent condition with low miles! Would review our experience with Andy as a 5*, overall rating with the Finance process a 3* - because of the volume and how busy, it took a while to get a finance guy. He was a little rigid and not as personable as we would have liked. Overall dealer rating 4* - the car lots are jam packed, a little too much, it is very difficult to get around. By the way, the little coffee area is awesome! Best Iced coffee I have ever had, even got one to go! More
