When we value a trade, it is important for us to also place an accurate estimate on what it will take to place the incoming trade into salable condition. We must make a profit because we are a business. As a result, customers can be unhappy with the amount we offer for trades. We believe we are fair. In the case of this particular deal, we needed to repair hail damage and other deficiencies our techs found with the vehicle before we could make it available to purchase. The price offered for this trade reflected the fact that we knew we'd be putting money into it in order to sell it.

Our service department has suffered from long backlogs do to a higher than normal amount of recall work. As of today, we are glad to report that backlog has been largely remedied. We're looking forward to reducing time for appointments as we enter 2017!
