Great purchasing experience I worked with Karen while looking to lease my first Subaru and she was awesome to work with. This was my first time looking for a vehicle on my own and the whole experience was pleasant and not intimidating or stressful at all. I did not feel pressured at any point during my experience. She was very honest and upfront with me about the vehicle I was looking at and in answering the questions that I had throughout the process. To be honest, I did not expect such great a customer experience at this dealership since they are the number 1 dealership in the country and have no problem selling vehicles. But Karen and the rest of the staff I dealt with were excellent. Would highly recommend! More

Fantastic! Highly recommended!! I just purchased a new 2017 Subaru Forester and it is wonderful! This Forester replaced my 2003 Forester which we also purchased from Heuberger and we I just purchased a new 2017 Subaru Forester and it is wonderful! This Forester replaced my 2003 Forester which we also purchased from Heuberger and we had a great experience with that vehicle too. My new car drives like a dream! It is such a pleasure and joy to own this vehicle. The Subaru EyeSight and Blind-Spot Detection is amazing, like having an extra pair of eyes. We worked with Josh Martin with the purchase of it and he is a fantastic salesman! We would highly recommend Heuberger, especially Josh - so helpful and kind! It's going to be a wonderful Christmas with my new 2017 Forester! More

Andy Murdock is the best!!! We recently purchased a Subaru Outback. We were fortunate enough to have the pleasure of working with Andy Murdock. He was incredibly patient with us as we went back in forth trying to decide the best option for our budget. the vehicle we decided on hadn't been detailed yet, Andy ensured that it got detailed immediately. When we got home we realized we overlooked a few items that should have been taken care of we called Andy to leave a voicemail, it was Sunday, to our surprise he actually took our call on his day off and told us he would call us Monday. Come Monday morning, to our amazement he actually called us when we were expecting to have to call him again, and he took ownership of the situation and made it right. In this day and age customer service is so hard to find so it was very refreshing to see the way Andy handled the problem without giving us any grief. The problem was resolved within a couple of days. We are very happy with the wonderful experience we had. Thank you Heuberger and thank you Andy. More
