I have used this dealership in the past for multiple purchases due to having had a great salesman. I can honestly say times have changed in dealing with this dealership and not for the better. I had hoped my family would have a life long relationship of buying vehicles from this dealership but the manager I dealt with and the General Manager, through their actions, guaranteed that my business will be going to a dealership that values customers and customer service and isn’t looking to make every last dollar, which sadly wasn’t the case when I purchased my first two vehicles from them. A deal was in place to purchase a vehicle and the deal itself was a solid deal. Extra add ons were being done. While in the process of this, a hail storm occurred. I received a call from a salesman who advised there was a situation. I got 7 terrible photos the next day from the manager who I had been dealing with primarily. The car hadn’t been washed so I had no real idea about the damages but 7 photos was alarming and at that point I was not comfortable buying a “new”’damaged vehicle. The dealership wanted me to take the damaged vehicle but I had no interest in taking a damaged vehicle paying the amount of money I was paying. New means new and damaged is not new. The dealership began to work with me for an alternative purchase. The vehicle specifications I wanted were not readily available and so I inquired about trying to get a 2021. What I wanted would come in by September and I agreed I could wait. While discussing the deal I asked if it would be possible to get 0 interest. I was advised the dealership does not set the interest rates and chase Subaru finance does. The manager gave me the number and told me to try. After numerous calls I reached someone who reached out to the dealership to advise of my inquiry. Apparently this made multiple people upset at the dealership. I was called by the manager on 8/10/20 and he began to go over the deal on the 2021. He fundamentally changed the deal lowering my trade in by 500 as he said it’s another month having passed. I have no control over that as the vehicle that matches my requirements wasn’t in until September and the trade in was not being utilized. I was quite upset about this as the vehicle is not being used by me since it was being traded in. At that point I asked for my deposit back and a shouting.match ensued with the manager who told me we had an oral contract on a recorded line and since the dealership had done work on that vehicle I wasn't getting my deposit back. I advised him the purchase was for a new vehicle not a damaged “new”. vehicle. This didn't sit well with me and I advised I would look at reporting this matter to the state since my deposit was being held without cause. Within 5 minutes of sending that email a general manager called me. He was rather rude as when I asked him if he wanted to hear my side his reply was I don’t care what your side is. I’m the GM and have beee so for 33 years. I will be giving you a refund and do not use our dealership moving forward which didn’t need to be stated as I will no longer look to utilize this dealership again before he said that. This dealership clearly does not treat their customers like they’re building a book of business anymore but rather as a dollar sign. The GM clearly in this case shows what customer service means to him with this interaction. I received what amounted to spam emails from the manager wanting to help me purchase vehicle while I was in the process of working with him to try and do so, further illustrating the lack of awareness, care, and customer service one would expect from a business. I would’ve rated the manager a zero if I could as when the deal was working well, he was tolerable. The moment the deal began to go sideways, his attitude and demeanor were greatly lacking More

Some responses, NO RESULTS! I have contacted this dealership several times, and also Subaru of America twice, to get information on how to display the Media Access Code (MAC) Add I have contacted this dealership several times, and also Subaru of America twice, to get information on how to display the Media Access Code (MAC) Address for the Starlink unit in the 2019 Impreza we purchased at this dealership. Subaru of America basically stonewalled my requests. Heuberger Motors has intercepted one request I directed to a specific individual (Abby Stell) I felt was most likely able to provide the requested information, and redirected my request to other individuals, none of whom have been able to provide the requested information. I was "looking over my shoulder" through the entire process and was very pleasantly surprised by how hassle free the entire process was. We got the car we wanted at a fair price. Joey shepherded us through the entire process, all the while ensuring any and all questions and concerns were being addressed and answered. The bottom line is we love our car and thanks to Joey the buying experience was something about which I didn't need to stress. More

Easy, painless purchase I live out of state and the deal from Heuberger was so good that even with flying in or having it shipped back to me, it still was thousands below wha I live out of state and the deal from Heuberger was so good that even with flying in or having it shipped back to me, it still was thousands below what any dealership in my area wanted for the same car. I knew that I wanted to custom order the car, so I got onto there website and filled out the inquiry form stating which car I wanted and what options and accessories I wanted. Within a few minutes I was emailed back from Joey with a quote for what the MSRP was and my purchase price. It was an amazing deal, so I put down my deposit and waited for my car to come in. It took just over two months, but it was worth the wait. I decided to fly over and drive the car back. The dealership picked me up at Denver International, got to the dealership and looked over the car, filled out the paperwork, and was on my way. Incredibly easy process. Joey was awesome to work with. He's super fun and really puts you at ease throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Joey and Heuberger to anyone. More

Oh Hail Well for many years my mom has had a Subaru and swears by Heuberger and Heuberger only… So I 35 I finally stopped being stubborn and went to Heuberger Well for many years my mom has had a Subaru and swears by Heuberger and Heuberger only… So I 35 I finally stopped being stubborn and went to Heuberger for myself after the hailstorm that hit south of the Springs a few weeks ago. Needless to say it was busy in there… To be exact they were 17 deals that were happening when I decided on my brand new baby. Our sales guy Damon Mayfield was absolutely fantastic not only was he genuine kind and honest but he made the very understandably long experience fun and more than bearable.. I also briefly dealt with Joe, who was kind enough to pass this on to Damon after I had spoken to him an email Damon not knowing what I was doing LOL but he was gracious enoughOf course with any stressful situation there were its hiccups with a finance guy but at the end of the day a manager name Tommy and another manager named Collin were more than genuine and helpful but made up for the slight frustration I had with the one finance guy. Overall probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had… And to top it off my mom has had her vehicle for 16 years from them and has had nothing but exceptional care and top-notch service from them. Also I almost forgot to mention Joe who is the sales guy that I originally spoke to… But I had also emailed Damon not knowing what I was doing, when we arrived Joe was busy with other customers and very graciously handle this over to Damon but then later in the night was hands-on and helping us seal the deal. Once again you just can’t go wrong there a strong team over there and really want what’s best for their customers… They have a great used inventory along with the fantastic Subaru’s you just can’t go wrong with. More
