I was in on 10/21/16 in the early afternoon and gotten the worse service from one of your s What happen to the good service I been having with U guys? I was in on 10/21/16 in the early afternoon and gotten the worse service from one of your service writer and another service writer that refuse to wait on me. The service writer that waited on me I thought he called for the shuttle to take me home but I waited 2 hours in the cafe and find out that he never called for the shuttle for me at all so I went to my service writer that wait on me before got me a shuttle. It seems that the one that refuse to wait on me and the one waited on me on the 21st had this all planned to piss me off for some reason. The one that waited on the 21st was very rude also. So I'll never will bring my car in anymore other than the service contract that I have on my 2016 Outback. More
