I went to Heuberger before Christmas to check out an Outback. I was driving a Tacoma but found it uncomfortable and wanted something different. I didn’t think that I was going to purchase a vehicle that day, or trade in my Tacoma, but Art made is very easy. I purchased a 2018 Outback for a fair price. There were a couple door dings on the driver side, and I was told that they could be fixed after the holidays. I called Art to set up my appointment, dropped off my car the next day, and when I got it back, it looked brand new. I would definitely buy another car from Heuberger, and I highly recommend Art as a salesman. More

My husband and I were dissatisfied with two things: first, the hard sell from finance and sales on the purchase of the extended warranty when we bough My husband and I were dissatisfied with two things: first, the hard sell from finance and sales on the purchase of the extended warranty when we bought our used Subaru Crosstrek. Second, the lack of service when we needed to get a missing cargo cover replaced. I also had a complaint about the Heuberger Subaru finance department since I was given incorrect information when I contacted them about canceling the extended warranty. However, we have nothing but praise for Marshall Guffy. He is very honest and provided excellent customer service in helping us to cancel the contract. My husband and I will return to Heuberger Subaru because of employees like him who stand behind the reputation of this dealership! More
