Large inventory, but WEB site misreptesented vehicles. The WEB site listed a large number of vehicles when the "New Vehicles" option was selected; but not all vehicles displayed in response were new. The The WEB site listed a large number of vehicles when the "New Vehicles" option was selected; but not all vehicles displayed in response were new. The WEB site also listed demos and hail-damaged vehicles in with the new vehicles and did not identify these vehicles. The practice is misleading and confusing and could be considered as false advertising. It was a pleasure working with Karen Lovvorn. I felt very comfortable and confident working with her. Although our only contacts were via phone and email, she came across as a professional who cared about her customers and was enthusiastic about the quality of her product. More

Once we got there, Marshall stepped us through the entire buying process smoothly and efficiently. He was extremely professional, curtious, knowledgable about the car, and anwered all of our questions and concerns. We sat in the comfortable coffee bar while working through some of the paperwork which made the experience more relaxed. We did have a short wait for the finance team but once we were with them everything went smoothly. The entire experience was positive and Marshall was outstanding. We drove away with a great car after a positive experience. We have bought 8 cars over the last 25 years and this was the happiest we've been when leaving a dealership.
