She was totally professional, and her exuberance about the desire to help me purchase the "right" vehicle for my needs was clearly of primary importance to her. As such, Whitney was always on top of what was available, pricing, amenities, and went to great lengths to help me get a monthly payment within my range. Sean, the financial advisor, was straightforward about added coverages to take or not to take. He explained each in turn, its benefits, and let me make the decision whether to add or not without undo pressure, which I truly appreciated. I had to call Whitney twice after leaving the dealership to ask quick questions about the technology on my new car. She seemed delighted to be of further help, even though she'd explained everything to me already, and offered to help me out anytime I needed clarification about any of the added features. When leaving Heyward Allen I honestly felt that "this" was the right way to purchase a car, among people who love what they do, truly believe in customer service, and want their customers to drive away in their new purchase knowing they've been treated to the best of a car-buying experience. More

My husband and I had a great experience buying at Hayward Allen Motor Co. recently. Sean Wood was kind and knowledgeable. He took time, despite being late in the date, to kind of get to know us and have meaningful conversation. Whitney Bush stayed with us until we drive off the lot. I know we kept her there past her regular hours, but I am confident she didn't treat us any different than any other customer she serves throughout the day. She didn't rush through showing me all the features and tools on the car. All around smooth, happy experience purchasing from Heyward Allen Motor Co. We purchased a vehicle with Dalton Bender about two years ago. He is no longer in Sales at Heyward Allen but has been a huge help to our family in car matters in recent months. More

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I WILL NEVER GI THERE FIR SERVICE AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING. NO SENSE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT THEY PUT WALK IN’S AHEAD IF YOU. BR NEVER GI THERE FIR SERVICE AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING. NO SENSE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT THEY PUT WALK IN’S AHEAD IF YOU. BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION AND TO ADDRESS A BATTERY ISSUE THAT THEY HAD CONTACTED ME ABOUT. MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1:30. I CHECKED THE VEHICLE IN AT 1:23. I TOLD THEM I WOULD NEED THE VEHICLE BACK AT THE RND IF THE DAY. AT 4:15 I HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT MY VEHICLE SO I CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS. BEANDY SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CHECK WITH THE TECH AND CALL ME BACK. SHE DID NOT RETURN THE CALL UNTIL 5PM. THEN SHE TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY, WHICH IS WHY I BROUGHT THE TRUCK IN IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEN SHE TOLD ME I NEEDED REAR BRAKES, WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST! SHE THEN SAID THE NEW BATTERY WOULD COST ABOUT $220.00 AND IT WOULD COST ANOTHER $30.00 TO CLEAN THE BATTERY TERMINALS!! WHO INSTALLS A NEW BATTERY WITHOUT CLEANING THE TERMINALS AND WHY DOES IT COST AN EXTRA $30.00?? I THEN ASKED IF THEY COUKD GET THE WORK DONE TODAY AND SHE SAID SHE WASNT SURE BECAUSE THEY HAD WALK IN CUSTOMERS AND THEY WERE REALLY BUSY. I ASKED WHAT SENSE DID IT MAKE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IF THEY WERE GOING TO PUT WALK IN CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF ME. ANYWAY I DONT HAVE TIME TO LIST ALL OF THE BS I WAS HANDED JUST SUFFICE IF YO SAY THATS THE LAST TIME I’LL GO TO HEYWARD ALLEN. BTW, I SPOKE TO THE IWNER AND ALL HE SAID WAS I UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION!! HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME FOR A TIRE ROTATION, WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE BECAUSE I BOUGHT MY TIRES THERE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! More
