I had an issue and I have gotten a response that it needs more time to resolve over a week ago. I received an email that I've been told is fraudulent but no further information in over 2 weeks. I wasn't sure if I wanted a Rav4 or a hybrid. I tried several and decided on a Camry Hybrid. I really wanted a sunroof and upgraded audio. When there wasn't one at the dealer, Bill Cooper found one at another dealer that also has navigation and a lot of other upgrades that was still within my budget. I got more than I expected and I hope to be driving this car for a long time and saving a lot of money on gas. More
