He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable. I don't have any problems with him. My problem is that there seems to be a quality issue and a followthrough issue. Notice that there are tons of good reviews but they are typically discussing details around the purchase. Majority of the bad reviews are from people who noticed issues with the vehicle after the purchase. I bought my car a little over a year ago and have had to put it in the shop multiple times. The first time being within months of the purchase. I've already spent way too much money on the vehicle and here we are again facing a $9,000 repair. The BMW dealership said there were leaks that were patched but not actually fixed within months of the purchase. I had someone call and when I returned their call they weren't available and didn't call back. The worst part is that the lady that sold me the warranty told me that she was selling me the full warranty but when I looked back over the paperwork it had been changed to a warranty with lesser coverage. The GM was a black man (he was a manager, I'm not sure if he was GM) he was in the room when I said I only wanted the warranty with the most coverage or I didn't want it at all. I was told that this happened to several buyers. This lady also overstated my interest rate then pretended that she called to haggle it down for me. I applied for pre-approval before I came and had an 800 credit score so I knew the rate that the bank had offered. I left a voicemail asking the GM to call me twice because I think that the closing was recorded and I wanted him to pull the closing for proof but he doesn't even care to call me back. The vehicle that I bought before this one had service lights pop on, on the way taking it home from the dealership. That was resolved and it didn't give me any trouble after that. I should have taken that as a sign and not returned. I know the pictures and the prices are appealing but they do not stand behind their vehicles. More

Like many of you, I dread buying cars. The game playing and shenanigans that dealerships are known for are exhausting. I tend to go into a dealership like I'm preparing for battle. And The game playing and shenanigans that dealerships are known for are exhausting. I tend to go into a dealership like I'm preparing for battle. And I did so when I went to Hi-Line. The first thing I noticed was the laid back atmosphere on the lot. We weren't descended upon by salesmen and we're allowed to peacefully peruse the inventory. When we found a couple of cars that we wanted to learn more about we had to get a salesman. And this is where things went from good to great. We were handed off to Rich Bogert. Rich couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable of the inventory and was able to answer all of the questions we had in a sincere way. There was no high pressure salesmanship here. When we settled on a car, again I was prepared for war, as we talked out the door price. The sticker price was already lower than comparable models within about a 100 mile radius. The negotiation process was simple. No games. No 4 square sheets. Just straight up 'out the door' pricing. Rich explained the additional fees (face it, all cars come with add on fees) but these few and were very reasonable. I actually felt like I got something in return for them. Rich answered all questions clearly and patiently even when I lobbed a couple of curve xxxxx at him. We ended up walking out of there with a great car at a great price. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and highly recommend asking for Rich if you find yourself car shopping at Hi-Line. More

Also a special thanks to Rob, Drew and Justin who worked with me closing the deal, with the financing, paperwork and shipping of the car. They were nothing but professional and answered each one of my questions without hesitation. This was my first time buying a car without me being there and inspecting it myself, and they made my experience very easy and less stressful.
