Some dealers just treat you like a number, but not at Hickory Used Car Superstore. I worked with Ben Munday and his team, and I was very impressed with how they treated me. When I drove up, the car that I came to see looked spotless because they had spent a week getting it checked out before selling it to me. It was a 7 year old Tahoe and they took the time to make sure it was in top shape before even showing it to me. They gave me a fair trade in on my vehicle, and then took the time to go over all of the Tahoe from bumper to bumper to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Great car buying experience here. The guys were friendly and our salesmen, Jimmy Lowe, wasn't trying to push me to buy the car like some other places I've been to. Instead they gave me their time and knowle and our salesmen, Jimmy Lowe, wasn't trying to push me to buy the car like some other places I've been to. Patrick helped me and my wife a lot with the payment options and showed us the importance of adding an extended warranty, and I'm glad I did add it too. All in all these guys were really helpful. The people there were great. Very friendly and genuine! Knew a lot about the car and the features on it. I felt comfortable with them and felt like I received a reasonable price for the car. They even went to the trouble and put the car on a lift so I could look under it. ONLY complaint, I wish the car had been detailed a little better. Windows streeky, and a sticky film on the controls.
