Customer care I just purchased a new model Lincoln. This is not my first experience with Highland Park Ford LIncoln. I have great confidence in their fairness when I just purchased a new model Lincoln. This is not my first experience with Highland Park Ford LIncoln. I have great confidence in their fairness when it comes to purchases and service and once again they have lived up to my expectations. I am very happy with my new car and the way it was presented to me at time of purchase. They really care about the satisfaction of their customers and bend over backwards to satisfy them. Thank you Barry Jacobson. More

There was none of the annoying back and forth to the "manager" on pricing negotiations with weak arguments and false claims.. There was no over-selling of additional services or features after the agreement on core price. I came prepared with my number and we got to an agreement quite quickly. There was still negotiation but it was efficient, professional and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend Highland Park Ford Lincoln to anyone looking for a great American car buying experience. Further, I would HIGHLY recommend Susannah Burns as a salesperson. She was great. More

I always hated going to look because you knew there was going to be that “Pressure” once you walked in the door and sat at someone’s desk.......but that did not happen at Highland Park! We visited there on 2 occasions and the experience was the same both times so it is a regulated experience for their customers. Everyone smiles and is friendly, like they have known you for years! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a Ford or Lincoln to visit them! They have GREAT staff and if they happen not to have exactly what you are looking for, I am pretty sure they will find it for you. Their Service department is large and very spacious with friendly staff as well. We are very happy with the total experience we had, and look forward to having the routine maintenance taken care of there as well. More
Tried to buy a new model from this dealership and they could not estimate a delivery date. I knew more about how to track a VIN with Ford than they did! I waited patiently for 8 weeks, and every week I wo could not estimate a delivery date. I knew more about how to track a VIN with Ford than they did! I waited patiently for 8 weeks, and every week I would bug them to find me a "dealer trade" in the area but it was never successful. They were also never able to give me any window (approximate) for delivery. My car was dying, but they would not give me a loaner so I would wait. I ultimately found a gently used demo at another dealership, and cancelled my order. As soon as I called to cancel, they offered me a loaner! Imagine that... I have since gone there for service, and so far it's been acceptable service-wise, but I wish Ford would more thoroughly test their software before releasing "upgrades" that just cause buggy behavior in their My Ford Touch system. Was looking for a New 2011 Ford Explorer, After quite a bit of research, I went to Bredemann, Highland Park and Golf Mill. At Bredemann, I met a great salesperson who treated me like a knowledgeable custo bit of research, I went to Bredemann, Highland Park and Golf Mill. At Bredemann, I met a great salesperson who treated me like a knowledgeable customer and gave us a good price. But being one who has to do some shopping around, we next went to Highland Park and met Kristi. She was fairly personable, but still felt like I was being talked down to and when a friend that was with me asked a question. She got flustered and said, "This is my Customer (meaning me) and was pretty rude to him. She also said, "I like you so I am going to take a smaller mark up on this car." C'mon really. She just met me 10 minutes ago. All things said. She still did ok and the newness of the dealership and some perks were enticing. But when all was said and done we went with Brenemann. The dealership is not nearly as flashy and there are not as many perks but the salesperson at Brenemann (Chester) treated me with respect and their dealership gets great reviews for their service department. So a great salesperson out trumps a flashy dealership in this case. If Kristi would have been less car salesperson and a better listener and treated us with a bit more respect she would have had my business since prices quoted at both places were very close. BTW, Stay as far away from Golf Mill Ford as possible. My experience there was HORRIBLE! More
