I want to apologize for your experience. You purchased your mercedes and to our understanding you wanted to sell it after a few months. We appreciate the fact that you disclosed the accident that you were in and due to its substantial damage, we advised you to send it elsewhere for sale. The vehicle was repaired and the accident is not disclosed on the carfax report. However,During a routine inspection, the accident would be disclosed to the consumer. Carfax generally receives accident information however, we do not control the information they receive or report. Once again, we apologize for your expereince and we both agreed to a purchase price. We at no point, put pressure for you to sell rather you seemed more willing to make the deal. Please contact us for further resolution. Thank you Zack Barakat ,President, Highline auto sales.
