Exactly how used car buying should be.. I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic from Highline back in August. The lot had a tremendous selection regardless of what you're in search of. At first I arrived and browsed around for a while before going inside. Other than a couple polite offers to help there was no one swarming me or pressuring me about what I was looking for or what I wanted to spend etc. I finally went inside and it was so simple. They understand that this is a business like any other. They want to make a decent living and I wanted to buy a reliable vehicle worth the price assigned to it. No messing around or being persuaded this way and that. They're here to put you in the car you chose. And they'll do everything in their power to insure the car is in the condition they have advertised. I chose the car I wanted and initiated the purchase through my bank. Now there was a discrepancy on my banks end that Highline didn't have to take any part in. But Lou being experienced and having encountered this issue before, got on the phone and made it happen. I head out and I'm good to go. I a few days later I noticed some sway and bounce in the rear of the vehicle. I called to speak to the shop and they checked my purchase agreement which had no warranty. they were not liable to service my car. Now in used cars there are a myriad of things tat can be wrong and even the most skilled mechanic could miss it. The integrity is in how you handle something noticed. Lou had me bring the car in and they replaced the rear suspension for free. Now every situation is unique of course, but I was blown away. Now here I am 6 months later and I love my car. it's needed nothing but oil changes. Thanks you Highline Car Connection! More

WHERE'S MY KEY We bought a car there and told we will be giving 2 keys. Take the car home and put one key away and use 1 of the keys for a while. It doesn't open the door. Try in ignition. It does not fit. Call Highline. Speak to 3 people. The say "We gave you 2 keys." But, one key doesn't work. Reply So, we gave you 2 keys. They refuse to supply 2 second working key. Spend $15k and they refuse to give you they second key they said you would get before purchase. What jerks. More
do not buy from these people bought a $20000 car from this place, should have known when they said you buy as is with no warranty, but I have had so many problems it's only been 5 bought a $20000 car from this place, should have known when they said you buy as is with no warranty, but I have had so many problems it's only been 5 weeks, the car doesn't start some days, no manual, waited almost 3 weeks for my extra key and paperwork to even put it on the road. ridiculous, horrible customer service after I bought the vehicle and would call abt anything (spoke to mike) he was rude and acted like I was annoying them. well I just bought a 20,000 dollar vehicle from you people. I'm not happy at all and now stuck with a piece of crap car that doesn't run right. More

They WONT help and they always place you on hold and then send you to a voicemail. I referred someone a while ago a few days after my car was going fine, and I never got my 100 dollars referral drive by and watch them and observe, you'll see what I'm talking about !! 2015 dont go to this dealership!!! Dealt with Mike at h.c.c.. We spoke a few times over the phone. I was hours away coming from Massachusetts. I filled out in online application. He told me I was approved he told me I needed 1800 down. After my long all day ride 3 hour ride! And taking the day off from work. Got there and Mike said the bank bailed out. He wanted 3,000 down and the car payments for the month were so not affordable! He kept saying let me go talk to my boss!!!! Boss was rude and a Scam artist. Very unprofessional there. Mike and his boss. Boss was also rude to us. Didnt seem to care.Waste of my day, my . Time. Rude and they are all scam artist and all lie.... don't wast your tim!!! . Even if you buy a car there after they get your money They will change. Go to a known legit car dealership. Thanks... More
