Great Service from Clayton! I was pleased with my recent visit to your service department. My service advisor was Clayton and he was most helpful during my visit to Hiley Mazda. I was pleased with my recent visit to your service department. My service advisor was Clayton and he was most helpful during my visit to Hiley Mazda. The original diagnosis for my 2005 Mazda 6 (which was having starting problems) was that the computer was out. Clayton told me a new one would be about $1000.00. When I explained my situation to Clayton, he gave me the option of a used part saving me half the cost. When I returned home from initially getting my car back, it again presented the problem starting. Clayton had my car towed back to the service department at no cost to me. Clayton provided me with the use of a loaner car during the remaining time of my repairs even though I do not have warranty to cover a rental. Clayton was courteous, considerate, and kind to listen to my problems and work with me taking in consideration my situation to best resolve my service needs. Clayton is a fine representative of your service department and I will look forward to working with him in the future as my vehicle needs repairs or general service work. Thank You! James Rich More

Shane King and the service department are the best, in what they do, "Hands Down" To all the other Car Dealer Service Departments, I got two words "Prove It". The people here will do the best job, your money can buy. I have had a lot of heartburn, with other service departments, But Hiley Mazda is the best. We all just want one thing, Stand behind your Car, you will get that, and more here, in front to the side, and they will even ride with you. I just completed my purchase of a new Mazda CX-5 as a long distance sale and it was a great experience despite my initial wariness of not stepping on the car lot to make the sale. Joeseph was friendly and accessible throughout the process. He was quick to respond if I had any questions or concerns. Additionally, the dealership's finance manager was extremely professional throughout the process and got me a great deal on the financing. Joeseph then delivered the vehicle to me at my office in Tyler at no extra charge. He answered my questions in a specific and timely manner, never pressing and always respectful of my time and space. Even though I had two Mazda dealers within 15 minutes of where I live, I gladly drove an hour to Hiley. The experience was stressless, getting fair price for both my trade-in and purchase. They even went the extra mile for my business, Quincey drove to Houston to get the exact car I wanted and delivered it to my front door the next day.
