Dealership is nice - not super big and not a huge inventory, but it’s clean! They have a sales and service side so that is cool. Working with Carlos Belmonte. Was not great at all. I was clear about my intentions and that was just to test drive and test drive only. I just began my research and am trying to figure out what I like. I told him I was interested in test driving a Miata and he asked me “Well can you even afford that?” I was so shocked I didn’t know how to react or respond. That was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and none of his business. He also mentioned that he doesn’t get paid by the hour nor to go on test drives all day. That sounded like a personal problem to me. I will not be returning here nor will I be buying car from them. People that believe it is appropriate to talk to a customer like that is not worthy of my business. More

The service I received has been barely above par. They sold me a used car knowing that it was programmed to a setting I could not change. I didn’t for their practice of listing a price, then when I came in, they wanted to add a nearly $2.5k cleaning & reconditioning fee to get it ready for sale.
