My car buying experiences have been rather horrific so far. From my first car, to my last one, every dealer has somehow been able to take advantage of me and my money. I did not feel this with Ken. I simply sent over a request that I was looking at the Jetta and shortly after he responded. I knew what I was looking for... but was unsure how I would be able to get one so soon. Well, Ken jumped on it... Found what I was looking for, made his suggestions and here we are now, and I am driving the FIRST 2012 Jetta GLI in the US (At least consumer purchased). Dealing with Ken was simple. I am a store manager for AT&T, and I know what it takes to be a great sales person, but also what it takes to fail. Ken was kind, courteous and down to earth. It never hurts to have a little fun, and he did. He made the buying experience smooth, simple, and most of all, free from confusion. I love my car... I loved the ease of the sale... and I am completely satisfied with the way I was treated by Ken. This review is strictly for Ken, as if it werent for Ken, I would have walked away when talking with the finance guy. The most important part of being a leader in this world, is your personal character. Kens personal character is what kept me smiling, kept me interested. The GLI is amazing, BUT, I would have walked away from it, easily, if it had not been for Kens character and how excited he was personally for me to be getting this car. Ken deserves the best recognition possible for any of your sales people. More

I have purchased a VW Jetta before from this dealership. I made the terrible mistake of trading it in on a 2010 jeep. Due to a lifestyle change the Jeep fit my needs temporarily. I went into Hiley with my mind set on 2 different things. 1. Get back into a vw as soon as possible. 2. GTI. I came in looking for a red GTI. Ken was very prompt, fun to work with, great guy over-all, he listened to what i was looking for, and even brought up another idea. A Black GTI with red accents. I saw that car and it immediately hit the spot. I have not owned a black automobile before, and I am very happy with the color. I was glad he took the time to listen, and recommend based on what he gathered of my preference and lifestyle. He even helped by making sure i drove the DSG with the paddle shifters before deciding on the manual. Driving traffic every day.....incredible recommendation, which in turn, led me to an equally incredible decision. Ken has since then, stayed in touch to make sure the car is meeting my needs, And i know if i have any issues or questions, he would be excited to help. Incredible experience, that's why I returned, that's why I would recommend, and that's why I will always shop with Hiley. Thanks now, and thanks ahead of time for taking care of me and my new toy! My experience with Hiley VW was superb. Again. I have bought several cars from this dealership over many years and continue to come back over and over. I've sent a number of my friends, too, and they cam bought several cars from this dealership over many years and continue to come back over and over. I've sent a number of my friends, too, and they came away pleased. While Hiley owns several dealerships, it is not one of those "mega dealers" with hundreds of stores. There is a distinct low-key, family touch that permeats the customer experience. Everyone is friendly and genuinely shows it, including those you are not directly dealing with at that moment. Welcoming can be an over-used word, but not in this case. The shopping experience was beyond good. I wanted a relatively hard-to-find model and equipment combination that was not immediately in stock. They went beyond just looking at other dealerships for a car and ended up going directly to the "port of entry" to find my car equipped exactly the way we wanted it. And they got it to their dealership, and ultimately to me, even faster than they originally promised. The pricing was excellent. No games. Straightforward, professional, and easy to complete in a very reasonable period of times. I recommend Hiley VW without hesitation. More
