So, we dropped our Volkswagen 2023 ID4 that we bought from a different dealer for service. My wife saw a new 2024 Atlas Peak that caught her eye on the show room floor, not out in the lot. We literally opened every door, climbed through the vehicle from front to rear, and did everything minus open the hood. No one approached us to greet us and introduce the dealership. We just wrote it off as they were busy and went to eat. During our meal we were contacted by the service department to share that there was a recall on the vehicle and if we would leave it over night they could address it. We said we were fine with that. Still interested in the vehicle on the showroom floor, we decided to stop back by the dealership to inquire about it and see if we could take a vehicle for a test drive. We spent another 15-30 minutes looking at the vehicle… still no one approached us. We decided to just leave. I did call and ask to speak to the general manager to share our experience. Guess what.. as soon as we asked we were told he was not available. After I explained why I was calling I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and decided at that time I would take my business elsewhere. Due to this experience, I will no longer use this dealership. If we would have been shown any degree of customer service, we would have bought the vehicle from them. I felt if I were on fire in the dealership floor they would not have pee’d on me. More

The staff member first looked everywhere until he found my paperwork, headed to the garage, after which he came back to tell me that they had not started in my vehicle, and if I wanted to reschedule. I had an urgent situation with my daughters Jetta, and I got in touch with Richard and also spoke with Mo, I live in East Texas and my daughter lives in Dallas. It was a sticky situation. They were very kind and very upfront about everything going on, when it came time to get her car ( it got ready faster than we anticipated, ) I can’t express, my gratitude to Richard and Mo for their kindness in the situation when you're a mom and you live far away from your kid it’s very difficult and scary sometimes, also as women we can tend to be taken advantage of when it comes to vehicles, they made me really feel at ease of her car would be handled and they were very detailed on what to expect…I DO suggest Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington service department, Richard and Mo are top notch guys!!
