Started working with Ken via email and went in the next morning for a test drive. We decided the VW Touareg TDI was our vehicle: 25 mpg and able to tow 7700 pounds. The Austin dealer had our car and color but would not come off of MSRP. The Consumer Reports Build&Buy system came back with quotes in San Antonio and the Dallas area. Hiley VW in Arlington honored their target price of $2004 off of MSRP for the TDI model by phone. Seth Washburn aquired our preferred color from another dealer, driving the vehicles himself to save us a transfer fee. We arrived from Austin to find our vehicle on the showroom floor and bottled water in Seth's office. We came with financing arranged, but Paul worked to beat our local credit union by .5% while Seth spent several hours walking us through all of the technology this vehicle has to offer so we could truly get our money's worth. Seth called me today to see if any questions had developed over the weekend and if there was anything else he could do to help. I really sensed a heart of service at Hiley. I found my Dodge Magnum RT on cars.com, called Kevin in internet sales and setup a meeting that day. We had the great pleasure of working with Seth Washburn.  Seth deserves a 10+ for his great work!    He was so wonderful to work with!  He was very kind and helpful.  He took the time to show me different trim options and colors for the VW Routan.  He explained everything and answered all of my questions.  Thank you! In addition to Seth being great when selling us the Routan, he didn't forget about us after he sold us our Routan .  He was really kind to call us a few days later and ask how we were enjoying our purchase.  Of course, we were, and still are extremely pleased with our purchase!  I really appreciate the thoughtful and genuine customer service he provided!
