We were looking for a car for my husband and decided to research them online prior to going to the dealership. We decided on the VW and I requested a quote online from Hiley Volkswagon. I received a reply back from Ken very quickly verifying what we were looking for. He sent me an actual quote back, not a "come in and we'll see what we can do". The next day I went in and after the test drive decided it was the car for us. Ken made the process very easy and quick. He went over the entire car with me and made sure I knew what all the buttons were. My husband could not go look at the car with me so I did all the documents and the next day he was able to go on his lunch break to finish signing all the papers. He was very impressed with how quickly he was able to get in and out of there. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and they were never pushy or made me feel that I had to buy right then. I know that as soon as we are ready to buy another car I will be contacting Ken first. More

We had stopped by the dealership a week before and got some basic information from Rocky, so preferred to work with him again. Since he was not at the dealership at the time a young man (can't remember name) let us drive the car we were interested in. He was very informative and friendly. Once Rocky returned we were turned over to him to finish the experience. Rocky knows his cars and explained all of the bells and whistles. Never once did we feel pressured. Once we had agreed on a price and was turned over to the finance department, we were walked thru this situation with the same friendless and helpfulness. Again not pressured. Rocky is so amazing! This is my first Volkswagen car and he was so helpful with finding the right car I wanted. I really appreciate the Hiley dealership because even though they are hoping to make a sale with you, it doesn't seem that way at all. They make you feel comfortble, answer all your questions in a timely quick manner, and make the paperwork process a breeze to go through. I went for my courtesy checkup on my Jetta a few days ago and Rocky still remembered me and asked how my father was doing. Another thing I appreciate about Hiley is they answer your questions quickly, which nowadays is diffcult to find in any dealership or company. I'd recommend them for sure! :) More

After a long day of car hunting at several less than perfect dealers, knowing I wanted a VW Jetta, I stumbled upon Hiley VW with pretty low expectations. I walked in to find myself amidst a great work environment and positive staff that were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the cars they offered. The sales staff seemed willing to help if needed but no pressure was every felt. It was not a shark tank of sales reps as some would say. Ken Erwin (sales rep) walked me through options and helped me find the exact car i wanted and could afford, he also accompanied me on an informative and friendly test drive. Once the sale was finalized I was handed over to the finance manager, "tall" Paul Garner. Paul was pleasant and made financing, the worst part of buying a new car, a breeze. Paul was also knowledgeable on all the available options offered through VW and Hiley. Paul found a way to "KILL" the interest rate that was offered by my credit union I've been with for over 20 years. I would HIGHLY recommend Hiley to any person looking to get a new or used VW or Mazda... or any car for that matter. I can guarantee I will be buying all my cars from there in the future. More

We had an excellent experience with Ken Erwin. We live 200 miles away, so it wasn't the most convenient dealership, but Ken went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted (even on his day off!) Everything was done in advance so we could drive up, finalize the paperwork and take delivery. No pressure, fair value for our trade-in, etc. I also was really impressed with Ken's attention to detail and thoroughness. He spent 30-45 min. in the car, after we had signed all the paperwork, teaching me how all of the systems worked (navigation, phone/bluetooth, media, satellite radio, convertible, customizable car settings, etc.) We left the dealership with our car all set up and ready to go.
