Excellent personal service completed in a timely manner. I had an appointment for noon but had some other things come up. So I took my vehicle in an hour earlier and Richard got it in right away. He quoted about two hours so the shuttle took me to lunch and promptly returned me to the dealership after I ate. Not only was the vehicle maintanence finished in an hour and a half, the charges were $25 less than the quote. Plus, I received a $20 rebate for the oil change. A very good experience. Richard has also been great about follow up calls to make sure everything is all with my vehicle. More

I was getting a recall done and Mo was attentetive to the smaller details. Straightforward and honest. Mo is a no bs type of guy. He wholeheartedly just wanted to take care of me and I could tell I was not getting any special treatment. It was unexpected from your typical service department. The visit was kind, lighthearted, and a no bs experience. If you could have ten Mo's running around in service no one should have a reason to go anywhere else. I will be returning for future service. My PT Cruiser wouldn't start Richard McQuatters is an outstanding asset in the service department. My car wouldn't start to get me to work and my wife called him to ask if the ser Richard McQuatters is an outstanding asset in the service department. My car wouldn't start to get me to work and my wife called him to ask if the service department could take a look at the car. I'd had the battery tested and it still wouldn't start. Richard said to have the car brought to Hiley and he'd have the techs look at it. Richard called me and let me know the techs did look at it and found a loose battery cable. He'd had the techs fix it and that was it. My wife and daughter both drive VW cars and trust Richard completely with this dealership performing service on their cars. Richard even called me this morning to follow up that my car is still starting. This is the best experience I have ever had with service for one of my vehicles. I can't thank Richard enough for his efforts. More
