If I could give a negative rating to the service department I would!! Our car was making a slight noise, we dropped it off to get looked at and got a call saying they didn’t hear the noise while tes department I would!! Our car was making a slight noise, we dropped it off to get looked at and got a call saying they didn’t hear the noise while test driving it but they would look at it the next day. Then I get a call the next day saying our exhaust system is completely mangled! And would cost over $4000 to repair, I told them not to do repairs and came to pick it up and the vehicle is now making noises it was not making before I dropped it off and is all scratched and dented underneath!! It was not like this when we dropped it off! The technician tried to say I likely hit something! I did not! Wish I would of read more reviews before trusting their service department! More
