I made an appointment for 1130a. I was called close to 4pm to notify that my car wasnt even looked at. Why make an appointment time available if there is no time in the shop to look at the car! I had to l 4pm to notify that my car wasnt even looked at. Why make an appointment time available if there is no time in the shop to look at the car! I had to leave my car overnight only for the next day, close to 2pm, be told that there was a malfunctioning piece that needed to be ordered so i can pick up my car, UNFIXED! Very disappointed. Ive been a honda member for years and did not think i would ever have anything bad to say... but the lack of service management, is disheartening! More
