Holy cow. I was referred to this dealership through the Costco Auto Purchasing program. Love Costco and heard good things about this program. Made an appointment, and was asked by their Rep to bring my Co Costco Auto Purchasing program. Love Costco and heard good things about this program. Made an appointment, and was asked by their Rep to bring my Costco card so they can give me the special members pricing. Schlepped all the way to Jamaica Queens and asked for the Costco Sales Rep. Was told that she is just the Internet Sales Lead person, and that they will have another Sales Rep help me. This thin Asian dude ( I don’t recall his name) came over and started talking to me about the car. Turns out, I can only look at the car in the showroom. They are not doing test drives. I asked again about the Costco pricing under the program. He said they are not honoring Costco, Trucar or any of the referral programs but will check with their manager. He came back, dropped down some outrageous numbers - much higher than what I’ve seen online, told me they have only one color to chose from, and I should make a decision quick because they have only two cars left and they are having supply issues. Wasted my afternoon with these people. More
