After some misleading information from an employee via email, I had an excellent experience with my salesperson. The process of leasing my third Honda took a reasonable amount of time over a period of 2 d email, I had an excellent experience with my salesperson. The process of leasing my third Honda took a reasonable amount of time over a period of 2 days. This was because I complained that leasing my last car three years ago took over 6 hours!
