I went to your shop for wheel alignment on Monday January 18 2021 in the morning, the front desk called me in the afternoon around 1 PM for wheel alignment the price is $99 so I want discount so I talked to 18 2021 in the morning, the front desk called me in the afternoon around 1 PM for wheel alignment the price is $99 so I want discount so I talked to manager but no discount so I said ok. So after 2-3 hour I am waiting for call to pick up, nobody called so 5 PM I called back so the woman told me someone will call when the car ready but nobody called me, after that 6 PM I went to your shop, but they did not do anything, the front desk told me they will do next day, so I think I get very bad experience with you because for doing only wheel alignment is 2 days. And one more thing my heater is not hot only warm is this factory warranty or not. So this is the first time I get my very very bad experience with your shop. More

I brought my car for a recall for airbag on the driver’s side.I called for an appt and was told to bring my car since the parts were available.I left with an explanation that there was no part ordered and t side.I called for an appt and was told to bring my car since the parts were available.I left with an explanation that there was no part ordered and that the recall was made.I was at the Hillside Honda last October 2020 and a note was written on the receipt the the part will be ordered.I left Hillside Honda and no service was done to my car.If there’s a recall,that means a part is defective and needs to be changed!
