Not great of over all service My service could have been better. Much better. I wanted to get a remote start. The person said we have two prices, 495 and 695. In my mind, why would I pay 200 dollars for an alarm. After the service was done I found out that the second option was an enhanced remote with better features for the remote start. If explained well I would have gone for the higher price and get it done in one shot. Also when I went to pick up my car, no one explained the remote start features to me. I had to find someone. Then they couldn't help. They had to find someone. They couldn't do it either. So they called the original mechanic. Spend 25 to 30 min extra for few people to figure this simple thing out. More
