Hillside Honda is another name of crook, dishonest, poor customers service with poor mentality dealerships in NYC. They have the worse employee and terrible service provider. I went to Hillside Honda service center and instead of fixing my car they have broke few of my parts messed up with transmissions bearing and delivered the car by saying it’s done. My car is Honda Accord sports 2018 model. They xxxxed up my car. I tried to call the manager so many time it seems manager doesn’t give a xxxx. After having trouble with my car to drive I went back to them couple of times but they didn’t do anything. I’m preparing myself for lawsuits. I also request who ever been through this type of situation file a complain and sue those dishonest culprit. Invoice number: 731342 02/27/2020 Culprit No 1: saymon at 1st he says he is the manager but very next he change his statement and said he is just an asswhole supervisor. No 2: Henry Peterson. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. And please who ever been through this share and creat public awareness help others not to do the same mistakes. More
