Go there’s if you want to hear everything but the truth Horrible service . My car has 43k mls.transmission went bad . So it was covered under warranty . The 2nd day I received a call where the mechanic stated my transmission is bad but Honda is going to replace it without a cost which is great . And he stated he’s going to wait for them to send the transmission which shouldn’t be long . Fast forward 1 week and half later still “waiting” for the transmission and the mechanic was upset that I followed up with him couple times . I had to get in touch with Honda and finally things started moving . Honda doesn’t want to reimburse me for the use of a rental car because apperantly “it’s not their fault”. Hillside Honda doesn’t want to refund me for the wrong coverage that they put on my plan even though Honda said I should be getting a full refund from dealership . I m asking everyone I know that is looking to buy a car NEVER GO TO HILLSIDE HONDA unless you looking to get ripped off . horrible My mother purchased the Honda HRV 2016. We recently got it serviced at Hillside Honda in 7/2018. It wasn't able to pass the state vehicle inspection i My mother purchased the Honda HRV 2016. We recently got it serviced at Hillside Honda in 7/2018. It wasn't able to pass the state vehicle inspection in 2018 with around 11,000 miles. It stated that 'on board computer isn't ready to be read. NAPPA stated that we should try driving consistently faster and longer to troubleshoot this and we did. We called Hillside Honda who recommended the same solution. Therefore, we did just that for at least 5 hrs of driving. It didn't work and when we brought it to their dealership asking to use the warranty; they stated that nothing is wrong with the car and warranty cannot be used. Then they told us to buy a new car instead. The salesmen literally told my mother that there is no [on board computer] in the Honda CR-V 2018 and that this issue won't happen again with a new car. So instead of addressing our concerns, it felt like the dealership just wanted sell us another product. I later found out that they underpriced our car [traded the HRV in] and that there's an on board computer. More

First they took three days to find out what the problem. And then they fixed two days and changed me 2040.00 dollars. When I start my car 10 minutes later all signs are showing again dashboard. I’m going to talk to service center manager he said leave the car we’re looking again. This is my working car. My question what they’re doing last five days. They do nothing only take my 2040.00 dollars. Just hate this stupid service. More
