We had heard many bad things about car dealers, but Larry turned out to be the complete opposite! He was very patient, transparent, patiently explained reasoning behind different things, soft spoken and has excellent client service skills. My mom and I did not feel that he was pushy or steering us toward one car or deal vs another. There was a minor dent that wasn't reported on the site's listing, but that wasn't really a big deal for us. Larry let us ask the questions and think things and the logic through. He wasn't negotiable on the price but considering all the car came with and its nearly new condition my mom and I feel it was a pretty fair and honest deal. I had done a ton of internet research prior to calling Hillside Honda so I knew Larry was a hard to find gem in the car dealing industry as my mom and I started to work with him. We have already recommended Larry to our family members for the next time they look to trade in and purchase a car. I'm so happy and lucky to have had Larry be the car salesperson who picked up the phone the 1st time I called Hillside Honda. More

Hondas are excellent vehicles that really sell themselves...so when purchasing a Honda, you don't need someone to "sell" you the car, but instead some Hondas are excellent vehicles that really sell themselves...so when purchasing a Honda, you don't need someone to "sell" you the car, but instead someone with more knowledge than you can find on the internet, and of course someone to give you a good price. I got both, here. Michelle made things easy and hassle free, and she told me more about the vehicle I needed to purchase than I learned from my own extensive research. I came prepared with what I wanted and she listened, and while she offered different options, she didn't try to push me on anything I said I didn't want. She really knew her stuff and worked with me to give me trim and color options and pricing options, and in the end, the price was right! Car buying can be very stressful, but coming to this dealership was actually the easiest part. I'll definitely be returning here for any future Honda purchases. More
