Michelle was well informed with the 2018 HR-V EX and answered all my questions about it. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted to buy because I had done all my research. On a separate note when my wife and I walked into the dealership we we not approached by any sales reps asking us if we needed help. We found that to be a little odd. After looking at the HR-V floor model we went to the front desk to request a sales rep. so we could talk about price and start a purchase. Overall experience was good! More

Poor service I brought my car in at 8:45 in morning of Wed and was told will get call about problem .hard starting and passenger door not closing properly.
