Poor Customer service and execution of services I scheduled an appointment to have an automatic starter & trunk tray installed. When I arrived my name was not on the list. I left my car and called b I scheduled an appointment to have an automatic starter & trunk tray installed. When I arrived my name was not on the list. I left my car and called back later in the day to confirm pick up. To my dismay I was advised an integral part was not ordered. When I arrived I spoke to the rep and he advised I was responsible for ordering the part. No where on the website did it indicate I would need to order it. Service Rep asked I brIng the car back in two days later. Thursday I dropped off the car again my appointment didn’t appear anywhere. I arrived in the afternoon and the trunk tray hadn’t been installed. I was given the run around and no manager was available to rectify the situation. More
