Best car buying experience I've ever had Hillside Honda is a very clean and inviting dealership. I walked in and was immediately helped by my sales person, Cesar. I told him exactly what I wanted and he let me test drive the HRV and the FIT ultimately helping me decide on the HRV. He took time to explain all of the features of the car. He was incredibly responsive each time I called with questions and went above and beyond to make the entire process as streamlined and easy as possible. Cesar really cares about the buyers needs not just making a sale. Even after the sale was complete, he took me to my new car and made sure I knew how to use all of the features. He never rushed and always took his time to make sure I was 100% happy. After I left I realized I left an important item in my trade in and immediately contacted him. He found the item and mailed it to me. If Cesar had not been my sales person, I would have shopped around at another one or two dealerships and may not have ended up buying from hillside. He made me feel so comfortable that I didn't feel the need to go anywhere else so made the decision same day. I love my new Honda HRV.. thank you Cesar and everyone else at the dealership! They respected my budget, gave me a fair amount for my trade in and never used any high pressure tactics! More
