RIchard and Hillside Honda are terrific! I had the pleasure of meeting Richard Chounoune at Hillside Honda while I was looking for a used car for my niece. Richard was helpful, honest and th I had the pleasure of meeting Richard Chounoune at Hillside Honda while I was looking for a used car for my niece. Richard was helpful, honest and thoughtful. He gave me good pointers about making the right choice. He was never pushy, but always responsive. Richard was a great problem-solver; he went the extra mile to arrange having my own mechanic inspect the car and, eventually, he hand-delivered the car to my niece. Richard made the whole experience painless, which is unheard of when shopping for a used car. He's a a great guy and is supported by a great team at Hillside Honda. I highly recommend them both! More

Great costumer service and sales. Great dealer to get the car that will suit your needs. As I enter the establishment I was greed as I were supposed to. While I was looking at the car I wanted within 5 min a sales person approached to me. Mr. Ralston (who was the sales person) explained everything I needed to know. He answered every question I had. He also guided me through the process of leasing my car without no hidden fees or tricks. Also I had the chance to meet the sales manager who is great person. He also explained everything I needed to know. The only concern I had was when I meet Nur Ali the finance department person. He was really demanding and made me feel uncomfortable. One thing I didn't like was the waiting. I had to wait an extra day after I completed the process to get the car. They explained me that is was an approval issue but still I don't like to wait. Overall I was extremely satisfy with the service and the help that everyone provided. I will suggest this dealer to anyone that want to buy a car. More
