Came Out Satisfied I came in with the goal of replacing my 06 CRV w/156+K miles with a new one. I was targeted by a young sales rep who was reasonably informed as far as I came in with the goal of replacing my 06 CRV w/156+K miles with a new one. I was targeted by a young sales rep who was reasonably informed as far as the car specs were concerned but did not have a "salespersons" engaging personality. Seemed to be more suited for Finance or Leasing. Person failed to inform me that I needed to put down a sufficient deposit in order for the car to be ready on time. Also needed more direction (?) from superiors and often disappeared for inordinately long periods of time. Delivery package was missing the original sales bill and I has to go back to pick it up. Referred me to a good shop for an after market rear bumper. All in all I came in with a goal and achieved it. More

Fast forward to 2017, l called Hillside Honda and asked for Michelle Sanchez and I was thrilled to find that she still worked there. I made an appointment to come in to see her and turn in my old lease for a new one. Once again l left completely satisfied with my deal!! I'll be back Honda! More
