perfect price deal, service , no hidden fees. 5 stars easily better customer service than Toyota, Nissan & ford service. Toyota will not even approach you or snub you.. Nissan dealers has a lot of hidden fees that they will not explain to their customers. honda hillside Pros: 1) you can ''test drive'' the cars before you buy it. 2) employee have ''knowledge'' & will explain every small details on contract. ( perfect understanding & straight to the point) 3) you can get the ''best deal''.. meaning you can bargain the price or down payment. + (I got a 0.9 APR) 4) Honda cars are reliable. our 2 other Honda are over 10 years (100k +miles)and still run as good as new, maintenance is cheap. 5) 85% of Honda parts are made in U.S/Canada. brian zhang was my sales person.. 5 stars & highly recommended. he will help you with all your needs, questions, request & get you ''the best deal'' available... he will give you ''test drive'' & will find something that will suite your needs.. PS: I walked only as ''window shopper '' but brian zhang did a excellent job in persuasive me to buy a Honda accord for doing uber/lyft on the same day when I was just window shopping/undecided. so let's support Honda. Toyota will treat you like '' homeless bum'' .. while Nissan dealer acts like hustler more than dealership.. More

He is very patient, allowing you as much time needed to go through I have now purchased 3 cars from Hillside Honda, and Mo is hands down the best. He is very patient, allowing you as much time needed to go through the process, test drives, questions, etc. You'll never feel pressured or rushed. He is always pleasant and humorous as well, just really a pleasure to work with. He gave me his cell and email if any issues came up after the sale. Sure enough, two weeks later the wrong registration came from DMV, no fault of Mo or the dealer. I texted Mo and he used their contacts and resources to take of it. He did it quickly and happily. I highly recommend Hillside Honda, and Specifically Mo, for exceptional customer service. More
