recall/lawsuit and they won'r fix my car There was a recall /lawsuit on my car, for 2 issues my car was having. I made an appointment to have my car fixed for the recall, the phone operators There was a recall /lawsuit on my car, for 2 issues my car was having. I made an appointment to have my car fixed for the recall, the phone operators seemed like they were bothered by me and were rushed and busy.Very rude to me.Made an appointment 3 weeks away. I get there and the rudely tell me to sit down until your name is called. The service guy HENRY PETERSON,looks up my car vin # and said my car isn't under recall because its vin specific only some vehicles with specific vins are under recall even though its the same car/year. I have the same year make and model as the recall and the same problems as the recall and they didn"t want to fix it,.they just extended the warranty for the problem but won't fix it.They wanted me to pay for it out of my own pocket.they basically just wanted to update the software on my car and change sparkplugs on my car even though i told them I got them changed already,they basically put a bandaid on a gun shot wound. A mechanic told me if I don't get it fixed in the long run my engine can blow,so honda's plan is just do the bare minimun and wait till the warranty is over and its not their problem when the engine blows. Henry peterson was basically brushing off my questions and changing the subject,horrible service,then after he sounded like an idiot he said " listen you can get the software update for free then jump up in arms after to honda." what kind of answer is that? I thought honda was reliable,and if you had problems they would take care of you. Then HENRY PETERSON tells me he will call me when my car is done,and never calls me.I had to call them right before closing to see if my car was done,I guess I pissed him off and he wanted to close so I would have to wait the next day to pick up my car.
