Hillside Honda and EVAN MANNELLO were great. Our experience was very pleasant and EVAN was very professional. Our time at the dealership was as expected, since they sell so many cars each week, t Our experience was very pleasant and EVAN was very professional. Our time at the dealership was as expected, since they sell so many cars each week, the weekend was crowded with others picking up new cars. We did have to wait awhile to get into the finance and final paperwork gentleman to finalize all the paperwork. After the paperwork was finished EVAN took time to go over and explain all the new gadgets in the car, as we are not up-to-date on all the new things like Bluetooth and back-up cameras. Understanding that we were not that "tech- savvy", EVAN took probably extra time to explain everything until we did understood it all. We love the new Honda Accord LX, we felt we got a great deal (as they had a summer sale going on) and will definitely recommend Hillside Honda and especially EVAN to anyone that we talk to. It has only been a couple of days and already we have mentioned Hillside Honda and EVAN to 4 of our neighbors and 3 guys at work. More

Fake promises and so on...... I would advise people to aviod Hillside Honda for buying new car while you're leasing or financing! They are extremely cunning and deceiving. I primarily dealt with the manager there named Mohammed chowdhury and he shows he's busy but apparently he's not. He tries to show he's cool but apparently a dumb one. He doesn't even discuss with us what exactly they are doing to approve our leasing and they do make fake promises. My father returned car before completing 42 months leasing on 40th month and that manager said they will take care of rest which apparently they didn't. They tell you one monthly leasing amount and it becomes different amount after having contract. Even if they didn't find it necessary to discuss the contract after deals been done. Whenever I found that they priced the car way higher of what they advised and went to dealer, he seems to be careless and constantly looking over TV while answering us. Didn't even bother to have an eye contact and he denied all promises he made at the time of selling like to cover up extra mileage fee and covering up rest payments. I would never go this dealer for new car for sure !! More
