This was the best car buying experience I have had. Michelle closed on the price we had agreed on : No nonsense. No extras. Nobody tried pushing anything I did not want. Mr. Fernandez was welcoming, helpful, detailed and made sure we felt taken care of at all times, even when processes were taking some time. The thing I liked the most is that he was not pushy or harassing sure we felt taken care of at all times, even when processes were taking some time. The thing I liked the most is that he was not pushy or harassing (as it happens at other dealers); and he was as helpful when we asked about a big/more expensive car (Accord) as when we did for a smaller/cheaper one (Civic), making us feel that regardless of which our decision was it'd be a good one and he will do his best to help us with it. We bought the Accord by the way. In addition, he stayed with us to almost 9pm on a Sunday night and even when it was way passed the end of his shift, he made sure he set up our phones with the Bluetooth and explained all the features before he left. My experience could not have been better. Evelyn really knows her stuff and has already followed up with me twice. She is a gem. The other couple of people I dealt with were also as thoroughly professional knows her stuff and has already followed up with me twice. She is a gem.
