We eventually leaned to the vehicle (he didn't push us in any direction) that had more features that would be beneficial now and in the future. We went over budget but we are satisfied that he worked hard to meet our needs -- he even threw in a roof rack because the other two cars we turned down had one, but the one we settled on didn't. We did check prices through family and were told the prices for the vehicle we chose was about the same in other Toyota dealerships, so the prices in this day and age for this kind of product are inescapable. Word to the wise - the dealership appears very busy, we went on a Wednesday morning which allegedly is quiet but the pace quickly built up over the time we were there. Also, hybrid cars are in high demand...while we were discussing the red Rav another dealer was showing the same car to another family and they wound up buying the car. So if we wanted the car it might have been a race between two families (and two sales people?) to make the sale. All in all, the client service was very helpful, and though stressful as any big decision can be, Christian was very helpful and patient as we reviewed the options, discussed with family members, and made our financial calculations. Looking forward to the roof rack, and many years of good maintenance. More
